Our Lis Hartley meet is coming up very soon and is a great fundraising event for the club – which is one of the reasons that our fees are so competitive- so we’re putting out a shout for hamper items.

Our hampers are well known as they’re rather fabulous!

Emma (who produces our hampers) is low on supplies so we’d particularly appreciate any donations of alcohol, bubbles and chocolate treats.

If you’re new to the club or in the lower squads and this is all new to you, please note that this is a super simple way to help the club so please step forward!

All donations need to be new, in date and unopened please.

Emma will be in the blue seats on Friday night (tomorrow) but any committee members (they’re usually in Crawley SC shirts) will be happy to pass any donations to her.

Thanks in advance for your generosity.

Calling all over 13s!

Aged 13 or over!? Want to become one of Crawley Swimming Club’s valuable Young Aquatic Volunteers!?

Crawley Swimming Club would like to encourage all swimmers aged 13 years and above to volunteer on a rota basis on a Friday night with our successful Academy.

A Young Aquatic Volunteer is highly regarded within the club and is an essential role required for the smooth running of the Academy.

Experience as a Young Aquatic Volunteer is a very helpful role for contributions towards the Duke of Edinburg scheme and is a pivotal pathway for volunteers to go on to take their Assistant Coach and Assistant Teachers awards which become very useful for future employment at the age of 16 and looks great on your CV! It also provides the young volunteers with some great experience working with the future generation of our great Club.

Don’t miss out! Please email now to take up a place on the Friday night rota or to ask a question.
