Programme and qualifying times below. Please note swimmers must be equal to or faster than the qualifying times and as this is a Level 1 Beckenham will accept the faster swimmers after closing date.
All ages determined as at Midnight 31 December 2018
The competition will be held in a 10 lane, 50m pool - Long Course times to be submitted, SC conversions will be allowed.
Deadline for entries January 24th 2018 12pm midday in the following format:
50 free 33.65
100 free 1.11.54
400 free 4:25.11 etc
The entry fee is £7.00 per event except for the 800/1500m freestyle which will be £12.00 plus £2 admin fee per swimmer.
Spectator entry will be by a coded wrist-band and will be charged at £10.00 per day or £4 per session.
Spectators will be charged at the higher rate for each session (£10 if you enter in Sessions 2 & 5, £8 if you enter in Sessions 3 & 6) and refunds will be given accordingly as long as the spectator leaves before the start of the next Session.There will be no spectator charge for Friday evening / Session 1. Children under the age of 10 will gain entry free of charge.

Spectators are NOT permitted to bring any food/drinks/refreshments into the facility, regardless of purpose or intent. Only refreshments that have been purchased on site may be consumed in the communal areas and spectators seating areas.
Swimmers/Coaches/Poolside officials are permitted to bring food/drink/refreshments into the facility.
Swimmers must sign in at the relevant desk at least 1 hour before the start of the session. Failure to sign in within the stipulated time shall cancel the swimmer’s right to compete, and they will only be allowed to swim if there is a spare lane available.
